Does anyone have one of these and if so, how well are you able to operate it? My wife and I are considering buying one and I was curious to know the level of accessibility it may or may not have.

Thanks,
Cristobal

It's a device that once you install it to a television and broadband internet connection, you are able to watch the television programming with Slingbox software on that particular tv from a pc or laptop from anywhere in the world

UPDATE

If you do get the slingbox, the application is surprisingly totally accessible. I downloaded the free slingox player, and it works great with jaws. There is a video setting wizard that will come up the first time you launch the application, so you'll have to exit that and set the options on the viveo tab. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
